I picked up the new 09 ski-doo clothing catalog and i was flipping through it and it looks like ski-doo is going to have a 600R out? It least that what it looks like in the pictures.

On the phone with my dealer right now, he has the brochure and is telling me he's not sure what it is. He thought it's a renegade due to the high riser and grab bar. He is going to check into it.

Ya i matched the decals with the website. Thats what I thought too.

It must be a new 600 and they will probably try it out on the mountain sleds first like they did the 800r last year.

I'd say letting a sneak peek out of the bag I'd say yes GOOD Marketing!!!!! This will create interest, traffic to stores, and the DOO website eventually traffic leads to sales!

600R=600 renegade?

No the 600R is a picture of a skidoo summit with 600R decals, essentially a 600R is a higher horsepower version of the 600 HO e-tec and it appears as though they are going to release it mid-season in 09. That is purely speculation based on the photo in the parts and accessory catalog.

I wouldn't get too excited as there are other anomalies in the catalog like the GSX LTD labeled as a 600 e-tec that is obviously the 4-tec. Many of the sled action shots were taken with prototype sleds too!

Snowcrazed..you probably meant GTX ltd...in my catalog..I see a GTX ltd with the rev-xr chassis with a sticker of 600 ho e-tec....by the way, the front page of my catalog says spring 09...hope to see another one in october for other releases like 50th anniversary sleds
