Has anyone traded there 08 for the 09 and how many miles were on it and what did the dealers give you???

'08 800R 2841 miles $7000.00 There is not a scratch on this sled. Oh yeah they are replacing the tunnel due to the secondary bracket ripping out of the top of the tunnel.

Now I have heard of alot of bad things happening to the xp's, and let me tell you something else to me every 50miles but the secondary ripping out is huge! Personally the removal of that stock secondary by any means is welcome, ripped out? Wow! I am on the fence about the 7g's for it but there is no way I would buy another after this year and my dealer.

The secondary didn't rip out, it was the bracket top stud that ripped out of the top of the tunnel. The racer use a torque bar to stop the bracket from flexing. i will be putting one on my '09 for sure. I'm not scared of this sled, I rode her pretty hard this year, not abusive but hard. I love the power and handling, I can't wait to climb back on next year !!!!! Good Luck
