I'm from Canada and is wondering what the people in the states are getting quoted for the 09 MXZ X 800R, I was quoted 13,600!!!!!!

$9800 and I pasted. I will give them another year to figure out how to line a clutch up. Or at least give adjustment on the motor and driven.

I can't imagine anyone in canada snow-checking a Ski-doo this year......I know I want one for next year, but man these prices have to drop!

Just check Ski-Doo's Canadian and US websites. $2300 difference for a 600X. Polaris the difference between the 600 dragon is only $1200. I will be buying used (across border)or another brand until they can get this straightened out.

I wouldn't bother to "snow check" a sled, you'll pay top dollar. Even X package sleds turn up for sale in the fall. A dealer will order a couple extras, or someone will back out. If your getting a regular non spring only version, you'd be nuts to commit in the spring. The deals are so much better in the fall. Like this past fall when they had the "no-no-no" deal along with $350 worth of accessories free. They scare people into thinking they might miss out, but there are always plenty of sleds at the dealer. JMO, but feel free to blow yer money.
