i bought a template does any one have a good stud pattern not using the outside of the track, i just replaced the track for the first time by my self and never studded before so any help would be appreciated thanks willdog87

Try www.studboytraction.com I have got a pattern there before. You just have to use a special drill bit to drill the rubber track with otherwise if you use a standard bit you will melt the rubber. Or you could try what i have done... It's like an upside down V start with two studs real close then space then out thii you get like 2" away from the end of the track then start real close again.....

studboy traction is a good site but why dont you ant any studs on the outside of the track.

That's the first place they rip out then you have a hole right next to the edge of the track.
