I've downloaded the quebec trails and some nh trails from gpssledmaps.com and they work great when downloaded with the mapsource topo maps into my gps. I have created *.img files from my own data using the instructions on gpssledmaps.com but I can't seem to get them to show up on the mapsource list and load multiple overlays without the garmin index files. How can I create the index files? Any help would be appreciated.
