Just drove home yesterday from winnipeg and noticed a newly groomed trail that follows #6 highway for a long ways then takes off into the bush by St Martin's, 2 things how far does this trail go past St Martin's north and do they enforce a speed limit along there was thinking of droping the sled off and going for a blast, the reason i ask about speed limit is when i get along side the highway i have a hard time letting vehicles go by me, that trail looks like it would be fun!!!!

I am guessing that is the trail from fairford up to St. Martin Then it branches off. With a map it will go up to 12 miles north of the junction. We have around the 300 miles of groomed trails but you would need a map or a guide.. As for the cops they don't patrol too often with sleds and are preety busy in the area with other problems.

The trail along #6 at Woodlands is a nicely laid out trail thats been groomed weekly all winter, it was groomed yesterday. You can do the loop or hook up to the Inwood trail and it's usually in very good condition. From that trail you can get to Fisher Branch or turn off and go to Gimli. All the trails are normally in good condition.

I thought it was the speed limit of any road you are travelling beside but not sure about away from a road.

#6 and surrounding trails are awsome. there always groomed and are very fast. good road crossings aswell. as for the speed limit, rcmp don't bother anyone around the interlake.
