I want to remove the radiator from my 06 FST switch. Has anyone done this and how much did this affect the cooling ability of the machine. I ride 90% on groomed trails.

I assume you are refering to the front radiator under the intercooler. I removed it from an 08 switch and it ran the same, 160-180 depending on conditions.
