I'm helping a friend with his Z1 and was told you can get a 2 piece air box for easier plug changes and was wondering if any of you know where to get this?

As of today we haven't been able to figure out (With the updated Cat diagnostics) why this sled keeps cutting out and drastically changing timing on one of it's cylinders. The TSS and throttle cable aren't the issue and we are at a loss as to where this is coming from. Any ideas?

Throttle Position Sensor was bad but tested good. More info later.

Anybody know about the 2 piece box? Does Nelson's ring a bell?

Hi just wondering what was your sled doing wrong when the tps sensor was bad. I'm having trouble with mine almost stalling when i let of the throddle and not idling to good , but some times works okay.

Hi, I had someone email me photos this past Jan but all I can find is the photos, somewhere here they post a contact and price sorry. I think from a dealer out east. And maybe check into changing the tank to the new 10.8 gallon for the 09's Z1s. I send an email to my dealer but have not heard back if we can do that for the 07 and 08's Jags yet. But I will keep bugging him.

After the sled warmed up it just ran like crap. Kind of like a bad set of plugs or bad gas. I would spit and sputter. It idled fine though.
