Anyhow, removed the gear and put the motor back in. The sled definitely pulls more RPM's now and is even faster than before.
Whole job took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, but I had help.
Wanted to shout out to Shawno for sending me the pictures from when he did his, it made my job alot easier.
Also, I wonder if I am actually over-reving the motor now as my son claims he gets more speed at about 3/4 throttle instead of full throttle?
Lastly, I noticed that the exhaust is getting so hot on the sled, that the inner bellypan has melted - I need to make a better exhaust shield or get a different pipe that has more clearance than stock.
This sled is a pain in the @ss and a blast all at the same time! My son loves it!
