well i might be getting one and i want to know if there are any problems with this sled. does it get good gas mileage or will it be a hog. is this a sled that will always need adjusting or will it be ok because i heard that 440s need lots of adjusting.

is it the race 440? then it will be harder on gas and will be less reliable.

440's are normally hard on gas but some are decent and 440 race engines are some of the most reliable out there. As long as you know jetting and have some good mechanical know-how they will last many many miles. If it is a good deal I would buy it but you shouldn't spend more than 1300 on it.

The 98 440's were in the S chassis not the Zx chassis. 99 Was the first year for the Zx chassis
