Im curious if anyone has 2 cents on why my crossfire 6 brings on a goofy vibration as soon as I jump off the hard pack and blast around in the deep powder. The sled reacts awsome to the fluff and does everything I want, however a wierd vibration and a dull sound comes from down underneath, but only when in powder. Its not a scary feeling to me because as soon as you get back onto the trail, the thing just rips and forgets about those issues. Its just annoying.

tips of the rails hitting the windows in the track slightly causing noise and vibration... i know my m8 does the same thing... not always but once in a while.

look under your front skid shock... see any nice shinny spots where the track drivers are hitting the cross shaft?
Mine did the same thing, installed a set of wheels right in front of the front skid shock and no more issues...
How many miles on your hyfax? may be time for a new set?
