i was wondering if there are actual gaskets that are supposed to go between the reed cage and engine as well as the reed cage and carburator boots. anyone know for sure? i have a '99 XC 700 need to know asap.

I have a 98 XC 700 and there are no gaskets between the case and the stuffer, or the stuffer and the carb boot. I also looked at the schematic for the 99 and its the same. Basically 98 and 99 same engine different body.
