Sometimes if it wont engage when the sled is rocked i just walk to the back and pick it up and just drop it

Here is a vid of no reverse at all. Sled is warmed up, reverse gearbox is freshly rebuilt, secondary is shimmed. And here's proof of mileage y'all were asking for. 4601 miles. Ironically, this took place at the dealer.
I should add the dealer never conclusivly solved this, but thinks it was either the relay, (similar to the troublesome Apex relays), or because the sleds idle was wonky siince the new ECU.

I just rock the sled a bit, it is anoying.

there is a fix that has been covered under warranty called shimming the reverse function. I had my done and it has been trouble free about 90% of the time.

Play with the suspension in the trails till you find it handles better and replace carbides no matter how new the machine is, Yamaha's stock carbides are useless, I spent $80 to get a pair of touring one's and it made a world of difference for the handling and from their you can go up to a set of racing carbides of duel carbides but i still needed money for beer.
