I was wondering what the best all around snowsuit is. I had the nylon suits. Finally bit the bullet and bought a leather suit. Not sure that I like leather. It's great when it's -0 but on a mild day it's way to warm. I use mink oil on the seat of the pants after every ride but whenever it warms up I come home with a wet ass.
The people I ride with all have nylon. What can you tell me about Gore Tec? Other then it's about as expensive as leather. Any input appreciated. Thanks.
