heading up thursday, was wondering how are the trails, is there snow still up there. i will be up for thurs-sun hoping to put on some miles.

i was up there friday and they had lots of snow but there calling for rain monday and tuesday so idk. My aunt lives 20 miles from cadillac i will give her a call today and see waht there saying hopefully it turns into snow instead of rain

Interlochen is good to go!

I rode from Interlochen to Beulah, then down to Copemish yesterday. There is plenty of snow but it is kinda crusty in some spots. The trails were in great shape, but there were a lot of sleds out. I'm not sure when they groom, but by Thursday, it should be fine. I'll probably be out that way sometime again this week, so I can give another update.

far as i know they are not calling for any rain!! All snow how much i dont know though. Prob be up there friday night

One thing I forgot, there is some "construction" just north of Thompsonville that you should be warned of. There have been workers there all winter laying some type of pipe. It's been plowed all year but now that the sun has been out for a few days, it's down to the dirt. I approached it from the south so I'm not sure how much is actually bare. They've had the trail plowed the whole way so I'd imagine most of it is bare. I had to boondock back to Interlochen to avoid it.
