Thinking about investing in a REV or an XP. Is it worth the extra thousands to buy an XP or is there not too much difference?? I am curious if there is a big difference between the two chassis'. Thanks!

Yes and Yes. My wife still has an 06 Renegade (Rev chassis) and I have an 08 Renegade (Rev-XP chassis). Night and day difference, the XP handles the powder much nicer, rides nicer on the trails, and if you're tall or like the old style of riding, the XP gives you an extra 8" of leg room.
My wife felt crowded on her Rev last year while being pregnant, on the XP she noticed that she could sit back like on our old ZX chassis. Much better platform all around, spend the extra money, it's well worth it!!

I have both and haven't even started the 06 this year, which I really liked by the way. Have had a few minor issues with the XP but overall it is by far the most fun you legally have. Handling is better than the Rev I would say I ride is pretty close, maybe the XP is a little better. Really like the how light it feels, it's great on gnarled up trails.
Little clutching and some minor tuning it's a really tough sled to beat in the 1000' runs.

Yes there is a difference.
I live down the road from you and will make you a heck of deal on a 2008 XP TNT.

I moved up a XP from a 04 rev 800ho mxz. My wife's sled is a 05 800 mxz.
When I get on her sled it feels heavy and sluggish.
The XP is the best powder sled that I have ridden and I've had the chance to at least test ride most of sleds on the market.

wow, i can't imagine an 05 800 feeling sluggish...well maybe without v-force 3's, a team secondary and a clutch kit...but still.
you could prolly go either way. (XP or REV) and still be plenty satisfied.

Her 800 runs just fine, its just that dramatic going from my XP to her Rev.
She is stock with electric start.
My sled is a X package plus I've shed 18lbs off of it.
I'm 80lbs or so lighter and the 800R is 15hp better and more responsive.
I rode a 04 800ho for two seasons and I liked my Rev, but I can't go back now.
