Got an 03 F7 Firecat snowpro. 2 weeks ago it threw a stud through the front heat exchanger so we tig welded it up. Now it wants to puke out the overflow. Tried bleeding it a bunch of times with no luck. When it threw the stud it shut down on it's own after the check engine light came on. What is the problem? Head gasket blown? Bad radiator cap? Any help greatly appreciated!

If it shut down on it's own, you got problems. I overheated mine and I shut it off, O rings in head flattend, and the pistons looked like they got hit by a sandblaster.

Sounds like you burned the o-rings, not a big deal to change them.
