Are you talking 660 feet on ice using timers?

Because a good working 700 Improver will run in the 6.30's....

What are your 60 foot times like..... for a 6.31 E.T and that mph looks like its pulling up top....Traction issues?

For a 1250 with 290 hp, most races you would have to run in an Lake Racer Class or "King Of" event....Some of the fastest times of seen for the big boys are 5.10's @ 130-ish mph.

Hope this helps!

yes 660ft and timers, have 2000 xcr with htg 1250, still stock chasis, as far as coolant and weight of sled, does have 136"wahl's rail, speed track ,320 chisels, wahls front shocks. still trying to run stock clutch, but giving up slowly. sled engages at 3200rpm, running heelclickers(2 speed ones, anyone having luck with these?).calling Belmont on new clutch and setup. any help would be nice, thank you!

its all in your clutching... i hope the heelclickers dont blow up on you, i ran them for about 1200 mile with some decent success but i noticed really unusual wear then a friend of mine blew up his clutch so i tossed them
