Just wondering how big of a rizer i can put on a 98 ZR 500. With out having to extend the brakeline and throttle cables. Any one know for sure?

Not sure if it helps, but I just put a 2" block on my 2001 ZRT w/ no modifications. I only had to pull some slack out of the wiring, the brake and throttle cables were fine.

I have a 6" riser on mine, had to reroute some of the stock wireing and lengthen the brake line.

mustangfrank do you think you had room to go any higher?

im just trying to decide how high i can go with the least amount of work.

We used a two inch piece of brass hydro. pipe and a female to female 45 degree elbow fitting to lenghten where the breakline threded into the caliper. a cheap fix but extreamly strong

put a three inch one on my 99 zl, it works great. u should have room for a three also. on my 03 sno pro fan, i just put powermadd's 8 inch riser and had to use their throttle ext. kit. it rocks.
