This was near Crocker Pond which is between Evergreen Valley and Bethel. The guy in the hole is about 5' 6" and was not quite to the ground. We could not break through the last layer of crust.

You want snow, heres a pic of my friends sled 2 days ago, back end dug down so the sled was sitting almost perfectly strait up, and the track never hit the ground. This was out of avon, the other pic is at the top of the mountain haha. It worked out good that there was a good inch of crust on top, we could actually get off and walk around at the summit.

nice. I got my Renegade this year (a leftover 07) and I love playing in the deep snow off trail. I had an 03 Rev 800X and it was fun, but no Renegade. We went back to the same field 2 days later after the sleet and rain, not near as fun, but you could see some of the holes.
I wish I got a pic of the other hole we got stuck in. I got off to dig out and the bottom of my seat was up to my head, I am 6' tall. The good news is that there is more on the way later this week. Hopefully the rain won't hurt much.

Ya it's right at the end of my rd. Tons of snow but hard as a rock.

I know, it kinda sucks having the crust, but yet, its made it possible to go basically anywhere u want without worrying about getting stuck. I've been places with a short track this week i couldnt even dream about going with my summit in any other conditions.
Havent been in to this Pond for 3 years cause of logging, about 4 feet of snow coming down in

There is a unreal amount of snow at the border cut - out past the Kennebago divide.
