need help 2003 edge cant get m10 ace to work seems to be stuck in soft position

I've really got no experience with it, but if you turn the crank it doesnt move the lower shock mounting position forward?

can you still adjust by hand? My father's sled has the same problem, you can not adjust from the handlebar anymore, you have to do it by hand.

I have the same problem. no coin or time to fix - I think the prolem is a bad potentiometer in the drive unit? Anyhow, I just supplied a 12 V power supply to the ACE harness in the footwell (the two wire plug) to jog the motor to a place with a good compromise, so the suspensin would not be stuck on full soft. I hear that you can also remove the motor, and just use the FAST jack tool to adjust the position as well. Good luck. J.P.
