Thank you Kramers for being such great guys. I have never had service work done at your shop, but you guys have always been very knowledable and eager to help.

Last year I had an overheating issue and narrowed it down to the waterpump -- I did everything. I called them and they told me the price and I said ok and the guy said, but I do not think that is your problem. I barely sell those for ZR's and explain the problem a little bit for me. I explained, he screamed to a mechanic and asked me about the hoses and a few other questions. "I do not know exactly what it is, but I do not think it is the pump ..... I will sell you one and have here though" I took another look misplaced my radiator cap when I was bleeding it again, put one on from another sled and bang I felt the difference. Never overheated again. The guy at kramers was right.

My friend called said he had a clicking and the guy said explain it a little more. Kramers then explained how to clean and put scotch gaurd on with a new belt. Guess what. Worked and was spot on.

I now keep going their for all my supplies and they are just great and always happy to see us. Thanks again.

(They currently have 20% off on all clothing, so I got a nice deal on a helmet last week too)
