I just wanted to say thank you to Houlton Power Sports for giving me such great customer service and an even better price. I talked with Scott and Ben a few times and they always treated me great and delivered as promised. I heard a lot of good items on this forum about HPS on here and that is why I bought from them.
I "tire kicked" for few months and priced out many places and I finally bought a new F7. Scott always answered the questions and helped me out and was great to work with. I eventually bought a new sled from them and cannot say I could have made a better choice. I tell all my friends this is the guy to buy from.
Only had one problem, my invoice as a little off and I showed Scott and he quickly said "Oh I am very sorry" ... "Hold on" ... "Will you take a check?" Everbody makes mistakes, but they said sorry and bang it was fixed. What great service.
I also like how HPS holds their head high when the mud slinging around about them. They don't care. They are number and it is tough being number one.
THANK YOU HPS!

Just bought a new trailer last weekend and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. They answered my multitude of questions and still sent me a PM to make sure my experience went well...MAJOR KUDOS...oh, and I love the new Mission 4 place...the pictures don't do it justice!!!!

I'll throw in a good word, too! I bought my ST660 from the Houlton shop in December and I just purchased a Mission 2-place trailer from Manchester earlier this month. Great experiences had at both places. I have recommended them to numerous friends. We will be shopping there next season for my husband's F1000 (if he's lucky).

So what would he have to do to get his new F1000 this season?

Ha ha, nice try... but it's not happening! He gets too many toys as it is. He tried to tell me a new Arctic Cat every three years was a prenuptial agreement...but I somehow do not recall that!

I think we all owe HPS a big round of applause for going after all of these sleds, and passing on such huge savings on holdovers to all of us snowmobilers. And it keeps the used market in check to boot!

Thanks very much for all the nice words. Ben returned from the dealer show last week with a Platinum Dealer Award. That is Cat's highest award. Very proud that we have been able to reach this level of sales, parts & service numbers and customer satisfaction. And yes, we were the only dealer in Maine to receive the reward. One of only two in the Northeast. Thanks to all the HCS members that helped make this possible.

Have never done any business with them. Two weeks ago I called about a 08 Crossfire 1000sp. The price was great and they offered me $7500.00 for my 08 XPX. My Doo dealer wouldn't give me shit for the 08! If I decide to go cat I will head to Houlton.

Larry is fearless. I remember when he and Mike Lago came and asked me about getting into oval racing. I thought Larry was crazy when he told me he was going to run a ZRT600 in the oval class. He actually did pretty good with it. He has a arm on him. Saw him in Valcourt a few weeks ago. He can still drive, but had some bad luck.

I just wanted to shoot off a big thanks to Jim at Houlton Power sport for making my first cross border buy a painless one. Jim had all the paper work in order and to the border so when I came back with the sled there was no hold up. Great people to deal with and I could not be more happy. Thanks again...
