i got a 04 440 rev thats on pump gas. today it was about 8 degrees out and i took it for a rip down the trail. i shut it off for like 2 mins to tigthen the handlebars up and then toom off down the trail again and about 200 feet down the trail it jsut ogt boggy as hell. i pulled over and opened the side panel to find the carb bodies jsut covered in ice.. i put a bottle of heet in the gas but that didnt help. is their anyway to keeep the carbs from icing up. thanks

Pre Filter helps I think slp sells them. Problem with the 440 sucking in snow...I'm told all 440's doo this...I have seen one carb freeze like you said...the other perfect. It happens to all of us with 440

LOTS of isopropyl! I'm not sure what heet is. But when the carbs are icing like that, dump more than the bottle recommends in the tank.
