B&M advertises on here as "Best Prices Guaranteed....... Backed By the Best Service"
Let me tell you those are 2 big lies. Today I called there with my parts request and after waiting on hold for a few minutes they came back and told me they had everything there and gave me the price. I was very suprised and pleased! I left work then and made the 40 mile journey there to pick up my parts but much to my dissapointment they only had 3 of the 7 parts they told me they had. The only response I got was " I guess our inventory was off". I was more than upset at that point and left to come back home and order the parts online. The amazing part is even after I pay shipping I saved by ordering online. I guess I don't need to deal with them anymore when I find they can't prove either of there advertising points. Good luck to anyone else who chooses to listen to there false claims!

You are just the next person in line that they will screw between now and then. Just because they advertise on this site does not make them better. Too many poeople have found this out before you, and many more will find out later.

I've been dealing with BM for over 7yrs now and with little problems. My buddy just bought a left over F8 Sno Pro a week ago and saved over 1,100 dollars from what other AC dealers wanted in Illinois. If you think you are going to go to a dealer and never have a mix up then you might as well quit sleddn. They are normal people NOT GOD!!!!!!!!! It's like they say you help one person and they tell no one upset one person and they cry to the whole FKN world. I knew when I read this Johnnyvee would open his mouth. They Johnny hows that sweet lawsuit going that you were SOOOO sure that you were in the right? I still can't wait to see your goofy ass out. You talk soo much Sh*t. Back to the post call Mike Weygand talk to him he will make it 100% right. Dillon

Lawsuit against B&M MOtorsports is going just fine, I am glad you brought that up. The truely unfortunate thing about
the problem with Mike, and B&M Motorsports is that they sold me a sled that was bad, fixed it, and they made a couple of mistakes that caused the engine to sieze in just over 100 miles. B&M Motorsports has spent 10 times the money that it would have taken to keep me the least bit happy on Attorney fees trying to keep this from going in front of a judge and jury. Just because Mike would not want to admit they made a mistake. In the two years since they started this mess they have never even looked at the sled, they just referred me to their Attorney.

Since the last time we set foot in their store, never a word from Mike, his Father, or anyone from B&M. Four sleds, an ATV, and a Personal Watercraft later purchased from other Arctic Cat Dealers, Mike wants to fight this out in court for principle.

Ding, I have a question that I did not understand in your post. Why can't you wait to see me out?

I've had nothing but great service from B&M good guy's there.

To see what kind of idiot you are. I better keep it cool with you because you might want to file a law suit against me next. I just figured your case was so open and closed with all the evidence you had against them. Hope your new cat dealer is treating you right.

We have actually worked with a couple other Dealers in the area and up in Wisconsin and found out that B&M's pricing was nothing out of the ordinary. There is a Cat dealer in Osseo MN that would blow any pricing from B&M out of the water.

I am certain that you and some others have had great prices and service from B&M. The true measure of any dealership is how they handle the situation when there is a problem, or they have made a mistake. In my situation, and for many others, they do not measure up.

Best Cat dealer is Mid Cities in West Bend, Wi IMO

I wouldn't go to B&M just hearing about JohnnyVee's sled.

I don't blame him suing. Hope it works out for him.

After reading your quote again, I am still quite perplexed that you think I am the one who is wrong here. I thought about it and I am certain you are missing a few facts about this situation, so I will enlighten you.

When this sled blew up the second time in just a smidge over 100 miles Mike told me then, and the first time that it blew that the sled was purchased as is. That statement was not true at that time, and is not true today either. Just another lie to try to avoid a blatent mistake by the people in the service department. I paid for the repairs the first time and I should not have had to do that when it blew after 7 miles, count them 7, but it was my fault that he sold me a dead sled. I paid more than the agreed deal that Mike made when the engine siezed because when I went to pick it up they threatend to start charging me storage if I did not pay. I did not cancel the portion of the payment made by credit card for almost two months after A) Mike told me to sue him, B) his attorney sent me a letter stating that all correcpondence was to go through him, and him only, and C) their Attorney refused to fix anything unless I agreed to pay more money.

That is when my credit card company started to put me through the wringer. I had to produce from an expert witnesses that could substantiate my claims that the work performed was faulty, I did that. After sending numerous faxed documents to them substantiating my claim they finally honored my request and reversed the charges. So now I also have time and expense to have this expert witness prepare the information, diagnose the sled, and hold it because of the legal issues that surrounded this entire deal.

Along comes August of 2006 and I am just wanting to get out from under this whole deal and the sled is sold. No word from B&M, No word from his Attorney, sled is not getting fixed, nothing happening. Then without any warning, no conversation from Mike, his Father, their Attorney, not a word about this for months, I get served with court papers. They want their thousand bucks, but no word other than I am still responsible for more money beyond that if I have any thought of that sled ever running again. So much for the sled being sold.

So here I was trying to get this whole deal behind me and now they have gone two years of Attorneys fees and twice I offered their Attorney to just drop this whole thing and walk away. He came back to me both times and said that they still want my thousand. The absurdity of this is out of hand, I am the one who has to travel 4 hours round trip everytime their is a court date. Mike, anyone from B&M, never there, just their Attorney.

Thare is obviously much more to this story, I am just sick of what they did to me, to many others, and what they will continue to do to people in the future, and I still am looked at as the bad guy on this deal, and B&M has caused every bit of this. And Mike has the balls to whine to people that I am the one attacking him. Well folks I am here to tell you today, tomorrow, and whenever, Mike has brought this whole situation upon himself. Had he not filed the initial paperwork and sued me, we would not even be looking at a post like this.

Ride safe,

I am certain there are B&M supporters out there too, but I challenge any of them to take anything that I have posted here on this site or anywhere else to Mike and see what he says. Everything thing that I have posted here is documented and is absolute fact. Maybe you can get Mike to say something about it since he has never taken any of my calls regarding this situation, he just referred me to his Attorney.

I am certain Mike will put his little spin on it, just to make me look like the bad guy here.

One of my pet peeves is someone who lies right to your face.........Budddieeeeeeeeeeeee.

I called there yesterday asking for track clips, Bogies, and some hyfax. Put on hold for 5 minutes(speakerphone), then a message was taken. Still no call back. Called again today, put on hold, and I hung up. I understand it's winter, but answer the phone. If they don't have enough people to work in the winter, thats a problem.

I would say you are lucky, can't believe them if they tell you they have the parts anyway!

Just bought my third sled from B&M. Could not be happier with the deal, the service, and the knowledge. I have not experienced any of the issues a few others have complained about. I am sure they are not perfect (nobody is) but I would highly recommend them based on my experiences and those of my friends. As my signature says.....

They did all that update stuff to your sled because they have to and yamaha pays them to......

I have had no problems from B&M yet. I shot them a low-ball offer on an F6 that my wife had fallen in love with a couple of years back, sure that they would say no. but they took it, and 0 problems with it. But the only times i've been there since is only to buy cat oil. (kinda hard to f#ck that up). I do think their prices are too high though................ I will keep my guard up in any future dealings I have with them.
