WELL WHAT HAPPENED?

i bought a 05 f7 and paid his full asking price with the condition he got me a factory windshield it was broken and zip tied together. now that he has got his money he says he never agreed to that. i asked him if i needed to hold $100.00 for the windshield but because he was a friend and i trusted him i pd him all the money. if he will screw a buddy out of a lousy $90.00 windshield i dont know how anybody can be comfortable about spending several thousand with him.

sucks that you can't trust a friend but when it comes to money you can't trust anyone. Remember the first rule of business, ALWAYS get everything in writing!

The fact that this was a Chevy dealer should have been a red flag! LOL

This is why I don't do business with friends period. I won't hire them, lend money, etc. Someone always feels like they're getting screwed a little more than the other(in your case you ARE getting screwed) and it just puts unneccessary strain on the friendship.

Chevy's are just like a Polaris... You pay too much, get tool little, and then when you go to trade them in, you lose your shirt becuase everybody gets rid of them at some point & used ones are a dime a dozen!

90% of the dealer in this area have there head up there asz , my last dealing with Battles in Bourne just over the bridge was good. Lance in Mansfield For get they exist , Columbia in Hanover still calls me twice a year since 2001 (all set with clowns that think your willing to buy based on high pressure sales) I would try Quirk but they never have anything I would buy. I know John in parts over to Labelle , good guy known him for years (cant comment on sales)
