2007 mach 100 miles to a tank harder on gas than my 05 buy a lot and also slower buy a little is this gas mileage normal.tks

couple questions.... stock clutching? is it smoking? sounds like raves.... Bill

I just went back to my stock clutching for trail riding and I use the dunn kit for ripping up the lakes and I average 15-17 miles to the gallon with my stock clutching back in.

I have good power but not much top end around 100 mph my RPM stick around 2200 and my gas oil ratio is 47 to 1 and it seems to load up when slowing down in the trails... also my girlfriend says there is an awful stink when I give it the gas and she is on her sled behind me TKS

take off the plastic cap that says erave. unbolt the bracket behind that and unhook those 2 cables on that wheel. You should be able to rotate that wheel each was fairly easily, if not you'll need to yank out the raves and clean em. If it does rotate ok, then go through the rave adjustment procedure and that should get it dialed. WARNING.... if you take out the raves get a paper gasket ordered, cuz it will tear taking out the rave block. $13 at the dealer. The gasket is between the rave block and the motor. I went from 110 miles to a tank to running out at 65 miles and 76 miles last weekend. My raves were so dirty and caked with crap i almost fell over from shock. 1500 miles with doo blend only. There are some pics of before, during and after too. Bill

I had the same happen, I was getting terrible gas mileage, it was the rave's, back to normal now.

did it affect your top end also mine pulls great to a 100 miles an hour but thats it

my gaskets came in today, so I'll pick em up tomorrow and get it together. I'll post my results afterwards

Yes it did, I couldn't get over a 100 either, then after the valves were cleaned I got a check engine light coming on at 3/4 throttle and up, so I took it to the dealer and they said it was a fault with the eraves so they cleared it and they couldn't make it do it but when i took it out it did it every time. They figured it must be the servo motor, so they ordred one and I kept on driving it just kept it below 3/4 it ran fine, then all of a sudden it(the check engine light) went away and the engine was running nice at the top end to, but they changed the motor today under warranty so we'll see what happens.
