I see posts that people are swapping to a larger 200cc engine. I noticed the Doo and Cat use a different engine than the polaris Robin. Has anyone done an engine swap on the polaris 120? What engine will fit without major changes?

Thanks

In the local SnoX series there is a 120 Outlaw class, any engine under 210 cc, There are many engines used in these. All the industrial engines in the 3 -6 hp range use a common foot print ( base mounting) and shaft location. It is a industry standard for pumps, Gen's so on. Each different brand of engine is a little different in design so some mods might be required to clear things like stearing shaft. Headers will also need to be fabbed because most use different flanges and need to clear the clutch. But with some work they can be fit in. We have put Briggs Animals in many sleds
