I tried the book method, I can't find the bleed screw and no coolant was returning through the return hole, sled was not getting hot, hottest it got was 160F at idle, anyone know how to properly bleed this thing.

Thanks

If you pull the air box out you can see the bleed screw on the pto side cylinder head. Loosen the screw and fill the cooling system then run the sled to 160 degrees. And you should be good to go.

Keep the bleed screw closed while warming up. Once up to temperature, crack it open while still running till no more air comes out.
