HO Sled Head
Coming up tomorrow with a crowd - how did Southern VT fare with the rain on Wednesday? Is the Mt. Snow - Dover - Wilmington area OK to ride? How about Woodford? As usual the report is for good conditions, but has anyone ridden it today?

I will be at Chimney Hill at Haystack, so I'm interested in how the trails are north of there, through the Sitzmark on up to 7 and Woodford - to Manchester. If anyone has info it will be much appreciated!!

We could pack up and drive the sleds farther north if needed, like to Ludlow or Chester, so if anyone knows about those areas, please - do tell! Thanks!!

Anyone have any info to share on the Southern VT areas - Wilmington, Deerfield Valley trails up to Mt Snow, the Woodford trails - 7 and north??

Woodford snobuster's site is saying they groomed last night and conditions are good. They groomed after the rain so it should be good to excellent. There's plenty of snow up there that is for sure, so I doubt you will be dissappointed. Sorry to be vague, as I didn't get out this week, last rip was on sunday afternoon and it was snowing so hard, you couldn't see 20 feet in front of you!

I haven't been out either, so I don't have first hand knowledge, but I can't imagine the trails aren't in good shape. I'm sure Woodford is fine, and other than heavy traffic, all points north on 7 should be great.

Thanks Cordless - I was up last weekend and I agree - great conditions and lots of snow. But - the Jacksonville, Halifax and Mt. Snow areas didn't have as much as Woodford, so I'm just curious how they look now.

I'm bringing the kids, so hopefully we can sled at the house and not have to trailer farther north for some ridin'!

If anyone else rides today, please post up the conditions - thanks!
