Hey all. So I just moved into the area and while exploring the local roads I saw snowmobile crossing signs on Silver Lake Road heading out towards 402. Can anyone tell me who maintains these trails and loading points for them?

Thanks!!

Hope you had fun while it lasted, I've never been there but know where it is. Doesn't seem to be enough trails there for me. We went to NEPSNOTRAILS and rode 195 miles in a day and 1/2 trails were smooth as could be.A few washouts in the wood area from water runoff but overall better than I expected. Planning on going to tug hill area this weekend. wher did you live prior

I can definately agree that there isn't enough mileage there for a good day of riding but if I only have the time to ride for an hour or two its worth it. I would like to check out the NEP snow trails for sure, hopefully soon too.

Shibby, my family has a cabin back Ness Road right at the Pecks Pond store. We used to ride from there YEARS ago. I am talking like 15-20 years ago. I have not been riding up there since I could ride on my own. Now my wife and both ride and got PA regs this year. (we usually ride tug hill) but anyway, whats it like up there right now.......any snow on the ground?

Theres plenty of snow cover right now however with this questionable weather we're supposed to get tomorrow who knows what it will be like. I'm hoping less rain and more snow, time will tell....
