Is there anybody out there who is as disgusted with these "animal rights activists" as I am? I mean who is more concerned with the well being of the animals then hunters. After all a vast majority of the money from licenses goes to helping the habitat. And without animals what would we have to hunt? If these people have their way all wildlife would be wiped out. I started this topic just to let you guys vent on this issue. so have at it.

There are many reasons people give for being anti-hunting. Personally, I think all of us, as hunters, need to do a better job of getting a more positive message out there. We are not just killers, we are here to conserve the environment and wild life. Not many non hunters understand this idea and it is our duty to help bring forward this message.

I believe the tree huggers just don't get it.there are no people more involved than hunters or snowmobiler.they sit at there desks complaining about us.when we are the ones who really enjoy nature.how many times do you jump on your sled and stop and enjoy the sights.sit on watch and just let a deer go bye and just take it all in.you know you could have shot but wait for the bigger older buck.who really cares what they think.we all know our roles in the environment.

alot of people dont realize that hunters are the vast majority of the ones that control animal population. we have a huge problem with deer over population here in whiteside county Illinois. I know that we are not the only area that suffers from this. Its basically a chain reaction deal. It affects the farmers crops also, along with auto accidents from collision, and so on..... tree huggin turds need to realize this and take it into consideration when they are humpin their trees.

yea i agree with what everyone has been saying. who pays the most money to concerve the enviroment? hunters! were not just killing stuff were are regulating the population and enjoying nature. i say screw those hippie huggin tree humpers.
