I have a 2003 mxz with precision skis. If I go to 6" carbides would I have to stud my track. I don't want to stud my track but am looking for a little more bite up front.

Put a 6-in on the outside and leave the old 4-in on the inside. That should help without getting too tight.

my 4s are shot so that might work and would be cheeper. What do you think?
