Does anybody have hard proof that it won't be made this year? Last I heard (Sunday), mine was being shipped today. Now I hear the rumors that it won't be out this year. Does anybody have a copy of the fax Polaris supposedly sent out last week?

I would assume actual dealers on this site confirming they aren't being shipped is enough proof.

It is true, you will not be getting an 800 IQ this season. There is no longer a MY08 800 IQ. The first year of production for the 800 IQ will by MY09. You may be able to demo one at a dealer come March.

A dealer at Cruiser Fest Minocqua, told me Saturday he was just told by his factory rep. on Friday that no 2008 800IQ. But they will be out in 09.

that it isn't coming to the consumer,and guess what

I am not disputing the "stand-up" people on this site. When I go to my dealer and tell him " I heard this on HCS forums" he will say "don't believe the rumors". I am simply asking for some proof to show my dealer. I am sure all the dealers on here understand how annoying it is when their customers come to them with rumors.....I believe what you are all telling me, no need to go off the deep end, just looking for a little help. If everybody knows so much about it, getting a copy of the Polaris memo shouldn't be so difficult.

Also, I asked which dealer told g-dogg at Cruiserfest because my dealer was there and I would like to know if he heard it from my dealer......it would suggest my sled "being delivered" this week was not exactly the truth, which was what I was told on Sunday after Cruiserfest. Documentation would help me out.

The fax is floating around this site on another thread.Any dealer that had the sleds on order got the fax.

I don't have documentation,but,my boss has been waiting for his all this winter and was told by his dealer that it won't be out this season and he's picking up a "hold me over sled" for now.It's no longer an assumption that they aren't coming.They are not coming.

I found the fax....At this point it's probably better to wait til next year anyway. Thanks for all the input.
