i have a buddy who has a arctic cat panther with a kohler 399? electric start. it does not have spark but turns over easy w/ both pull and electric. it is great shape but needs some tlc. if anyone is interested give me a shout and i will pass on the info. can email pics if need be. he is asking in the $350-400 range for it. not sure of the exact year but it is in good shape for either year. good resto sled.
