Well, WJAC wasn't calling for snow until around 6:00 tomorrow morning and as I look out my window there is snow in the air!

Here is the radar, WJAC must have screwed up.. We can only hope! I feel a ride coming on tomorrow night grin.png

Haha, that was disappointing. I was looking forward to a laugh.

I think WNEP says 2-5 here near Tamaqua.

Same here, someone told me the cold air is be persistent and staying put. We can only hope so..
Seems like the 540 line (line of cold) is in the middle of West Virgina. Let's hope it stays there. From the radar it looks like we got some heavy snow coming.. WOO HOOO!

Can anyone guess were I will be tonight smiley-faces7.gif

call me when you get off work, we can meet at wallets if I can find it again, lol, maybe the bridge to be safe. i'm still waiting for the snow to let off and the roads to clear, supposed to be a good wreck on the pike, the later I go, the later I stay.

Well If I were to make an honest guess I'd say maybe 2inches here in Tamaqua. I don't know what is going to amount I go by my own forecast. What is ever on the ground when its over thats what we were supposed to get. None of these forecasters are ever right anyways. So why get excited.

Here are my guess"s

1.... Sitting on your new sled(in the trailer) making snowmobile sounds

2.... Sitting in front of your computer watching the latest weather udates

3... Watching the local weather forcast (and all surounding local forcasts)and posting for everyone to read

4...Watching the LH web cam, checking to see if anyone is rideing

5... Calling everyone to see if they will be going out for a easy ride

6...Wundering how anyone ever was able to snowmobile without the internet

7... Thinking of something new to post up to keep number of posts more than miles ridden.

Hey buddy u sure do keep us up 2 date on what is going on in the LH, but get that sled off the trailer and in the snow and put some miles on it and giv e th e keyboard a rest. DO IT IN THE SNOW and ROCK ON!!!

Already got 4 here. I'll have to dig out the old Polaris and rip up your daddy's yard. He won't know who it is if I don't have the ZR haha.

Just wanted to say high from an old PA rider from the early 80's. I've lived in Maine for about 23 years now but still miss the mountains of N. Central PA. I use to ride in Lycoming County, and lived in the Hazleton area. If you ever get to Maine (and you should some of the best riding I've ever seen) drop me a PM. Maine has about three to four feet of snow on the ground now. Just wanted to say high.

Might be heading there on the 25th.
