Just curious if anybody is making the trek down to Shakopee this saturday to see Thacker break Mercer's record. It's a free show, but it's a 7 hour drive. Me and a couple buddies might head out for a weekend of debauchery and check it out.

i would love to but my weekends are during the week and i work every real weekend. they say hes goin over 300 feet this time. i was wondering how long it would take somebody to do this.

I went. It was not worth the drive, even though he did beat the record by 7 feet.

The only thing that made it worthwhile was a kickass hotel room, cheap tequila and smoking deals on outerwear.
