30.00 per shock if out of suspension ! Good price and a good job. All others are overpriced. My buddy does them for all the shops around here !

That sounds like a great price. I assume it includes standard parts and labour, all internal seals, o-rings and wipers, oil and nitrogen, for a proper re-build. Parts like caps and rods will be extra, but they are only replaced on an as needed basis. I probably paid closer to $50 per shock the last time I had mine done, so this price sounds very good.

Do you know if when shocks get sent to him for rebuilding does he get them done right away if he has the parts. I have a blown Walker Evans shock and I don't know if I should wait until summer to get it rebuilt because I want to do some riding as much as I can. The top cap unsrcrewed a bit and the oil came out and I'm just riding on the spring.

There was a guy who posted a topic here from Saskatoon who rebuilt shocks. Who was he? I cant find the topic.

Last year I had polaris in yorkton recharge 1 walker evan shock after I had put new oil and seals and they charged me $25, lol, raped me, but I needed it done to ride and my bro's nitrogen tank was in saskatoon. lol.

For shock rebuilding, check with Gary @ 242-2316 in Saskatoon. Does great work, but isn't cheap.
