Stock! I just had to replace an inner after racing on Saturday. Not sure why it broke but it pressurized the cooling system and blew antifreeze all over the place.

We have found that on are 1107 that the inner o rings fail because they are stretched to large and D&D offers larger inner o rings. I don't know if cat changed there supplier because we never had this problem in the past . this year alone we have broke all three o rings and won't put it back together with cat o rings.

The wildcat will be to large they are .10 larger in dia. Thats the same differance between a stock t cat and a D&D 1107

Really? I called D&D and asked about the oversized o-rings for a stock thundercat. I explained that I had a CPR 1108 and he told me that the o ring groove is probably moved out farther, just like in their kit. He suggested that I try the wildcat o-rings because that is what they were using in their big bore kits. I guess I will give it a shot this weekend and see if they are too big.

hey guy,s!!!!!
try 3003-335 inner o-ring (tigershark 1100li)
this will fit right for the 1100cc big bore , I know what I talk.......
I alway,s run this o-ring
the stock 1000cc o-ring his too small, and the heat make broke it

Thanks! I will let you know how they fit this weekend. The stock t-cat o-ring did fit but its a pain to get it to stay in the groove. Hopefully these will fit better.

A 700 inner o-ring fits a D&D 1107. I have a D&D 1107 that Ron Hunyady ported and I ran it tonight for the first time and it is very fast. I rode the sled that won the Kinross speed run last week and I belive that my sled pulls harder than that one. I still need to put my 4-arm clutch on it. One more thing about o-rings, a stock cylinder inner o-ring measures about 72 thou deep and we measured mine at 42 thou. You can see now why some of these after market big bores eat o-rings.
