Did you blow yours?
Mine still looks new, just over 600 miles on it!

The outer cord is shredding, looks like cotton candy machine. about 800 miles when this occurred twice

I'd bring it to your dealer and see what they do. It seems some dealers warranty belts and some don't. I guess it depends on how much they want to work with BRP, for you. Don't forget to ask for the 377 belt, not the belt that came stock.

i have a little over 1100 miles on my 800r x 120" and have blown 2 belts and both were covered under warranty. now they had me try a new belt # and they added pin weight because i was way over revving, all covered under warranty. now i have have about 350 miles on new belt, the only problem so far is the new belt slips a lot. they said its a harder compound so i don't think it grips very well. ill have to wait and see if it holds up. but your dealer should be able to get your belts covered for you.

I blew a belt at 700 miles and they warrantied it, I since then have put 2 flow rites in front of both clutches and one exit flo rite behind the clutches and took my plastic guard off of the metal guard and drilled 1" holes in the metal guard and have about 800 miles that way and not a problem in site with the belt. So it is definteley a cooling (hot) issue.

Measure your clutches center to center, even if long by 1/8 inch, it will blow belts.

IMHO when you get over 1000 miles on a belt that is being used on a 140 hp+ sled then you're running on borrowed time. I personally change out my belt at 1000-1200 miles or seasonally.
