I have to replace cats on my wife's '98 GMC Yukon anyone know what the orignal ones are worth as scrap? I hear the GM cats are worth a lot. It has factory dual cats. I the scrap yard I usually do business with and they say between $5-$70....they would ahve to see them.

Anyone have an idea, I know they aren't hollowed out cause I failed emissions due to be clogged.

Make sure you fix the problem that clogged them in the first place. I have a 98 Jimmy with almost 170K and still running the original cats.
