We have friends in Kalamazoo and are heading up this weekend the 9th and 10th. Hopefully, the lower South West area will have enough ridable snow. I see you have some snow now, it's supposed to get warm, then snow again... So hopefully..... rolleyes.gif

I shot an email to guy named Doug Martin off the Michigan interactive site requesting some information on trails but thought I would post something here as well.

I tried to find detailed trail maps of the area but all I could find was Wayland, Niles, Meskogen and Niles. I couldn't find anything around Kalamazoo which is were I would start from. Does anyone know how or if I could get my paws on a map that shows the trails in detail for the Kalamazoo and surrounding areas?

Where is a good place in Kalamazoo to get a couple of trail permits? Hert3 told me earlier this year but I haven't heard from him since..

If you do happen to have ridable snow and want to be a tour guide for me just shoot me a PM. The wife is coming along but she wants to spend time with her friend "chatting" so I need to spend some time blowing out the F7 grin.png when she doesn't want to ride. In fact, she put it to me this way.. Well, plan on me riding unless you find someone else to ride with.. glare.gif This tells me that I am riding alone if I can't find someone to ride with...

Already there Manson, that is where I got the map's I did get. My problem is that I can't seem to get the trail system around Kalamazoo where I am going to start from.
