I just bought this sled, when i run full trottle the primary clutch stays stuck engaged, all i have to do is tap it with a hammer and it releases... Any ideals?

Yep, find a good used one. Your's is shot, a rebuild kit is around $150 and about $150 in tools to do it. On top of it all rebuilding one is not that much fun.

sounds like the bushings in the weights are shot and the weights and getting caught on the spider. Put new bushings in the weights and you should be fine.
