We were having a great ride putting down first scratches on a freshly groomed trail - got into town and lost the trail! No signs, nothing. Is this closed off? If so, what can't the put a sign up on the intersection marker below? Anyone know the deal?

That trail has been closed for about a year, I dint know why it isnt posted, and the purple line on the map still shows it goes through. Locals are using it for local access only. Another landowner issue last year I believe.

St. Jay Snowblazers...10 members, no one doing anything. Trail ends where the Waterford Ridge Runners stop. Too bad as it used to be a nice loop.

PS that picture is my parents land. I'll ask my father to post a Trail Closed sign. I ran into the same issue trying to get from Cabot to Hardwick Saturday.

Interesting, I was in waterford yesterday at the club house (ham Dinner) the guys in there were telling me that the 218 has been reopened as of late last week.. I don't know if this is true as I chose to ride back on rt18..
