Anyone know if its still possible to ride up the Mt.Ascutney road from the VAST trails. I have not done this ride in years, I know the trail that used to go there from Weathersfield area is now closed, I was wondering if its still possible to get up there from the Brownsville side, and information would be great or anyone that has done it this year. Thanks

i believe this was discussed last season, and that the only way up it is to trailer to the main gate at the bottom. plenty of parking accross the road.

We hiked up to the fire tower last fall. I would love to sled up then snowshoe up to the tower this winter! Anyone got a weekend in mind?
