Great report! I am glad that you had a good time hear. My buddies dad and brother refurbished that old bombi! An awesome piece of the area's history. As for the park trail it is great for an early season ride and that is about where it ends as you found out.

I rode the perimeter road on Friday, I knew that it wasn't groomed but I didn't realize that it was 45 friggin miles up it, I'll never do that again. Matagamon was out of gas when I got there, went down to Bowlin and gassed up at $4 a gal. Here's some pics that I took on friday.

My Dad has a bunch of pix on his camera, but who knows when I'll see them. If I get some, I'll post them. Great pix above, the trails were sweet, just like in the pix above by Sheomet.
