I put this in the general forum forgetting about the race forum. might work better here. I am really interested in starting sno-cross racing. I'm 16 and currently trail ride and do some "boondocking". I will not race this year but will want to start next season. There are several different classes. I was wondering which class I would want to start in. The Junior 16-17 or the Novice Stock class? Also, in the Junior 16-17, are the sleds stock or modified? I will be looking to get a 440 liquid cooled sled or possibly a 600. I ride polaris so i was thinking and 03-05 prox 440 or the new iq 440. depends the money next year when i look to get one. Where would i start riding, like practicing. should i build my own jumps? I would do the MI regional and the WI regional. You guys have and info or tips. I've been checking out the website and the rulebook and all sorts of other things. Does anybody here race? Thanks.
