Hey guys just wanted to give your Mach Z's some props. Very sick sled, I was very amazed with how well it handled. I never got a real chance to open it up but it never seemed to want to do anything but haul ass. The only complaint I had about it was the bars felt kind of short, and they were'nt hooked. However, with how well it handeled I'm not sure it needed hooks.

They surprising handle very very well for heavy sleds. I wouldn't give mine up for anything!! Period.

Did you get a pipe on yours yet Bill
CrazyBill
I got a JT can on it before the season started. Will the SPI pipe work with it? Was kinda kickin the tires a little to see how everybody liked theirs. I'll be lining up against one next month to see comparisons also.

Here's some pics of mine after all the addons and fabrications i did this year.... JT can inside also.

Lists totals:

Dunn clutch kit (slightly modified to my liking)
1.25" ripsaw (cat quiet track)
192 woody's megabites, doubled down the middle
Rox adjustable riser kit 6.25-8" with handguards and billet mounts
Powermadd throttle cable extension
Custom cut windshield with chrome sportech Gucci trim
Usi project X skis
Tricked-toys billet wheels powercoated with pointy nasty nuts

Next year thinking turbo........ Bill

Oh ya.... 84mph in 500' on grass too. With the gun. Bring the triples!!!

Nice Looking Sled.

How do the Usi skis work on the sled.

I have a pair on my prox but havn't tried them on the Mach yet?

Cheers!
CrazyBill
They grab a little more than the precisions on packed trails. 100% better than the pilots. They also keep the front up better when breaking trail.

I ride with two guys that have those machs (06). One would get smoked by a rev 800, mxz 700, and dragon 700 prior to getting the clutching and mapping updates. After the updates both are the fastest sleds in our group. One of the machs is an absolute monster; quick out of the hole and very fast. He toys with my 800 when we line up. He recently put better shocks (HPG Piggybacks) on the front and it handles way better.

Just bought my 05 in Dec. and I wouldn't take a dime from anyone for it. All the miles this year have been on that sled. I've always been one for power and speed and this has been the perfect fit for me. One of the other guys around has a clutched, tweaked, and studded up F7 said I couldn't touch him. First time down I missed hooking up and he had me a little. Second time, there was no contest, I burned him down; no studs in the track either. Power to mpg ratio is great...averaged 15.5 over the whole trip and I was all over it several times. Gettin' ready to buy some extras to have it ready for next year now.

Talked to a dealer at the lodge while up riding in Cadillac last week. Some talk of bringing the 1000 back in the Rev XP Chassis in 2010 if they can get it all to work, but the idea is being toyed with.
