thought I might go up and play on Panther pond or Cresent , anyone know if they are safe ?

Been running panther for several weeks now. Ran the lenght of long lake 3 weeks ago. I saw some sleds out on Jordan Bay today.

Be careful on Big Sebago, the conditions vary widely. Jordan Bay might be thick enough but only close to shore, out near frye island there was only 2" and that might not be there due to the high winds last night.

Agreed. Jordan Bay within 200' from shore is usually the safest. I never go through the Frye gut. Never.

As always use your head. Be 100% certian it's safe.

I thought i could hear some people out last weekend, i live in jordans bay. I will wait atleast another week of cold weather before i try going out.

Panther has 12'' of ice.. My buddy lives in the basin by whites bridge, and he said there is 8-10'' of ice.. Rode his dirt bike all the way out to Ramyond beach..
