Hows the snow around Humboldt? I havent went out on sled in 6 weeks now. Is it hard? is the summer follow exposed? is the trail groomed decently to Naicam?
Rev, M&S
The trail is groomed to Naicam...We came to Humboldt on thurs, on the sleds...The fields have rock hard drifts...need fresh snow...

I just got back from a ride...The trail from Humboldt to Annaheim is not too bad..

Came back home to Rose Valley today..The trails east of Naicam have not been groomed for awhile...ruff...so we went to watson, then over to Quillake and east from there...The kelvington groomer was not out last week either...Maybe all the groomer guys are on strike?

coffee-n-news.gif wife and i stayed at the BV in humboldt on the weekend and rode trails on saturday to watson, naicam, kipabiskau, pleasantdale, annaheim and back to humboldt, 165 miles, trails were pretty good in the bush, little rough in the open areas, groomer had been out the week prior. Naicam groomer was broke down last week and was expected to get running this week. Anything off the trail is like a rock. Would go back and ride more north to Melfort and East to Archerwill trails were very scenic as it was our first time riding in the area. beer_cheers.gif

Went out last weekend, hadn't been out in a month due to the flu. It sure got rough! and well, cold...to say the least. We really need a good dumping. But with the spring run-off we'll have this spring again, it isnt worth it. But I guess we'll take it if it comes.
